In order to best understand the circumstances surrounding your recent experiences, the following intake form will help us determine the best courses of action as we help liaise with each venue noted below. As we continue to assist both you and each venue, please know that all reports of non-compliance are also thoroughly reviewed and lead by and guided by our senior leadership.

As we continue our review and investigations, we will also continually and routinely work with each venue to help maintain the highest standards of service and maintain ongoing opportunities for all of them to take advantage of our assistance with training and retraining of their staff.

Each Kids Eat Free Card is valid for 1 child (11 years of age or younger) with full price paying adult entrée (main course). (Example: 2 children with 2 Kids Eat Free Cards, with 2 full price paying adult entree's.)

Kids Eat Free Card child's menu items may vary from standard restaurant's child menu choices in some cases.

Kids Eat Free Card meals may not apply to taxes, gratuities, bar (alcohol), drinks or take away food unless permitted by the restaurant.

Kids Eat Free Cards are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

Standard Kids Eat Free Cards issued through travel partners expires 90 Days from first use. Standard cards issued through our website or mobile app are valid for 1 year from date of first use and Global Lifetime Rewards Cards expire when the child turns 12 years old.

Participating venues reserve the right to offer or change their specific menus at any time without notice. To learn more about a specific menu offerings at each location, you must contact the restaurant directly prior to use.

All cards are protected under Federal Copyright and Trademark laws and may not be sold, resold, copied or reproduced without the express written permission of Taktik Enterprises, Inc. Non compliance may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties as allowed by law.

Cards may not be sold or resold on eBay, similar auction site or anywhere else and will be deemed unauthorized unless approved in writing by Taktik Enterprises, Inc to otherwise do so. Any unauthorized card sales or distribution may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties as allowed by law.

When registering your Card or eCard on any of our mobile apps or platforms, you certify that you are in authorized possession of the respective card and any abuse or misrepresentation of the the Card, serial number or other identifiers may result in civil theft liability and may be prosecuted in a criminal jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All Cards are the property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company. All cards must be surrendered upon demand for any abuse or implied abuses surrounding the program and as determined by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify all restrictions, terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

RESTRICTIONS

VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card and Play 4Less Card meals or offers may not apply to taxes, gratuities, bar (alcohol) drinks or take away food unless permitted by the restaurant.

VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Cards Kids Eat Free Cards and Play 4Less Cards are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

Physical and print at home eCards are not valid until signed and dated.

Particular participating restaurants or venues may be added or removed from the program without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to approval by a manager.

No returns will be considered without valid proof of receipt from an authorized travel partner or other receipt.

It is our policy not to ship any orders via US Postal services to any known Hotel, Motel, Timeshare or Vacation Home address as delivery can not be guaranteed to to these types of locations via any US Mail Delivery method. It is the User's responsibility to select the proper alternative delivery method

VENUE CLOSURES OR NON-COMPLIANCE

In order to help maintain the integrity of the network, all users of any card, eCard or iCard or mobile app users agree to help maintain the fullest compliance throughout the network when using any of the products provided by or through Taktik Enterprises, Inc, its subsidiaries or distributors and will promptly notify us of any venue closures or non-compliance events at [email protected]

All valid card holders and/or mobile app users, hereby agree to notify us immediately upon any event where a venue has permanently closed.

All valid card holders and/or mobile app users, herby agree to notify us immediately upon any event where a participating venue has not honored a valid card, eCard or iCard and shall also provide name of employee(s) and/or manager(s) from the alleged offending venue and/or any receipts from subsequent purchase at the alleged offending venue. Failure to provide such documentation will result in an inconclusive finding of non-compliance and no further action will be able to be taken for a specific claimed instance of non-compliance.

Card holder understands that at NO time can or will Taktik Enterprises, Inc or its subsidiaries, affiliates or channel partners be responsible for any non-compliance event in which a venue fails to honor a card offer for any reason and card holder further understands that at no time shall the card holder be entitled to any form of compensation from Taktik Enterprises, Inc. or its subsidiaries, affiliates or channel partners and should a non-compliance event happen at any venue and the card holder seeks any sort of request for compensation, such compensation requests may only be available if agreed to between the card holder and the respective patriating venue. However upon being properly notified with all supporting documentations (Image of valid card, copy of receipts and other information that may be requested or required), Taktik Enterprises, Inc and its subsidiaries will make a best effort to assist each card holder with out reach to any respective venue published on its network at the time of a properly notified allegation of any card allegedly not being honored by a participating venue in any of the programs owned or managed by Taktik Enterprises, Inc or its subsidiaries.
